Diablo2 Resurrected Crash after create new character both online & offline

Hi all, when i launch d2r and create new character (both online & offline), the app is crashed quickly and show error dialog with report id : 276C5AF7-277C-4C87-90A7-8AB8AE386226.

Please help me what is the reason and how to fix them.
I also open tech support ticket to battle net, but no any answer yet.

Hello amazonfc,

Diablo II: Resurrected does not support integrated graphics, which it looks like you’re using based on the crash log. It shows Intel(R) UHD Graphics which is unsupported and doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements.

If you’re using a desktop PC make sure that you have your monitor plugged into the dedicated graphics card ports, not the motherboard ports.
