Hello, I bought D3 a long time ago and when I try to order the D2 Prime Evil Collection at $35.99 (or £29.99) I get redirected to the Prime Evil Upgrade which is $59.99 with the message that it is a “reduced price upgrade”. Maybe it would be cheaper without the 40% sale, but this offer charges more for less. I have tried the Gift option but I can’t enter my own BattleTag as gift recipient. How do I get the Prime Evil Collection at the sale price when I already have D3 please?

I’m on the same boat, the upgrade is literally more expensive …
I contacted customer support and was offered the solution to pay the full price and receive battle.net credit for the difference. I asked whether they could simply partially refund a purchase to equal the sale price, and they said no. I asked whether I could have the full package gifted to me at the sale price by another account I create, and they said no. This doesn’t seem right.

Yep this is so stupid. I’ve seen the upgrade on sale at least once but usually its just D2 and the prime evil collection that goes on sale. Way to screw over potential buyers.
