Can login but receive the error: “No new games can be created right now. Please join a game or try later.”
Can create new account, can’t create new characters.
Chat works on USEast and West, didn’t try anywhere else.

Thank-You for posting this issue. I was playing on US East when the server issue took place close to fifteen hours ago.
This is the only thread alerting battle net of the problem that I have found.
Please give the community some information as to the cause/reason for this interruption in service. and add a field value with DII game to make reporting such concerns easier in the future
The channels are getting a bit anxious to say the least.

on all realms you cannot create or join games, theres a wait in line delay which isnt really budging.
this is a prime example of why people flocked from this game years ago and decided to play other games such as poe, wow, because you guys dont fix your errors when they are reported

All legacy servers are offline and unable to connect to the realm.

All servers (USEast, USWest, Europe, and Asia) appear to be down. Online play gets stuck at “Checking versions” after clicking on Battle.net, before even being dropped to the login screen. I first noticed the issue around 10:30 PM EST. Friends from other regions are having the exact same issue.
UPDATE: Came back online around 12:05 AM EST
still seems to be an issue… also arreat summit is down?
