Yikes… sounds like a classic case of the char getting deleted due to a bug… Well sorry to tell you but blizz won’t restore characters or items. I asked them and this is what they told me.
I’m waiting for Ladder S1 and hoping that they have this fixed by then… if not… then maybe S2…
