Hi all, I’m looking to make a Barbarian for the first time.
I’m looking for some input into how many points is needed into dexterity if I plan on soloing he’ll difficulty. I’m not used to playing as melee characters so I’m not sure of the importance of dex.
Dexterity effects Attack Rating and Block Chance as well as Damage for Dex-based Weapons. The necessity for Attack Rating depends on your build but the other 2 only apply with specific gear. For a Barbarian, Dex-based Weapons is basically Throwing Weapons, and unless you plan to be a Berserk-based or Whirlwind-based Barbarian you won’t be using a Shield as you need to Dual Wield for Frenzy.
