ice bolt does crap dmg(i doubth it even get on par with ice blast even with +10 XD

for the second one its bellow a lld weapon although close
checked on maxroll
lvl 29 icebolt can,t compete with ice blast lvl 17 XD(like half the damage lol…honestly prob safe to even power it to +20 ice bolt XD

edit 2: also keep in mind second orb has no fcr %…so even if it got lots of skills at 97 its gonna be use for melee only…or enchant purpose

Fully leveled up with synergies with speed of fire bolt and rebalanced Cold mastery its doing 3600 damage at skill level 30. And it has also pierce.
