This really should go in the sorc forums, but i can’t post there, because since i own the game on console, i don’t get to talk about the game itself. Or something.
Anyway. I read a post about how enchant damage gets added to exploding arrows and how the demon machine (fast firing, piercing, and exploding arrows) is a good vehicle for this. I told myself if i ever got my hands on one, i was totally trying this.
Well, this past weekend i was doing baal runs on my necro and i happened to spot those golden letters saying “Cho-ko-nu.” My excitement was immediate, and rolled a new sorc just for this and hit the required level in no time.
Oh boy, this build is fun! Nothing like firing shots into a crowd of mobs and just watching them get mowed down like grass, the explosions like so much popcorn. This build is just pure glee. Would strongly recommend!
I know its not the strongest setup, but i have no plans to have her do anything else. That being said, has anyone else played a similar build? If so, how did you manage resists? Im currently using demon machine (so no shield), using the piercing belt (so no resists there), angelic neck and ring (so no resists, but needed AR), and the gloves from the disciple set (attack speed and fire resist). That leaves head, chest, 1 ring, and boots. Im grabbing smoke to shore up resists at the moment and using rockstopper helm, but am really up for suggestions!
