No! You can buy a Shako for an Ist Rune.
if you really want to have delirium cast on you randomly, usually at a bad time. Had one on a lightning fury amazon a while back, and every 20 minutes I turned into a tiki doll, had to go back to town and wait for it to wear off.
I do not recommend it. Shako is way better.
