technically a summoner needs nothing, not even a keyboard.
Would argue there are more builds and specs where it is BiS than those without.

… well I don’t want to break down every single build and no matter what there are also always some options and those GG helms are so rare that you will 99% always use something like a shako or half gg helm anyways =)
Just wanted to point out that delirium is certainly not a GG option if we split hairs

In pvp diadem bis for more builds than that but it’s overkill for pvm for most. hard to get away with some unique item when you have to deal with a dead merc, every element and phys dmg. Delirium is very good for pvm on merc. turning into fetish = death/lots of wasted time for serious farmers of most classes though.
