Correct me if there’s a better way for day one (hour one for that matter) leveling:
1-15 Tristram
15-25 tombs
25-40 chaos/baal?
40 norm ancients-nightmare
40-60 nightmare rush into nm baal runs
60+ hell baal runs?
The above plus grouping for bosses and just running through (ideally with a sorc) to wps and bosses?

The best way day one will involve playing through the game on your first character. There won’t be people high enough or geared enough to just skip through like people have gotten used to.
[Edit: by the end of the weekend will be a different story.]
Day one leveling, the most efficient method will be to play through the game normally. It will be the fastest unless you know a group of reliable players to grind out any of those zones you mentioned.
There will be race to first uber Tristram, I consider watching that instead of playing.
number 1 way to level day 1 is to JUST PLAY THE EFFING GAME. doing stupid runs like this is not efficient.
I’d start out solo, doing the den of evil. Then I’d do the countess like 5 or more times. Then I’d switch to do trist runs. I think 20-25 you do Travincal runs, as tombs slow down alot (but they might not be as available). Other than that I think everything else is right.
