I have purchased a new HP omen Gaming laptop, I downloaded battletnet launcher and downloaded D2R and was successfully able to play the game. I updated the laptop and went to play and have continued to have launch issues. I have uninstalled the battle net launcher and D2r with no fix.
Upon update HP Omen gaming app did open and that’s when the first crash happened. I have disabled omen gaming app at startup

I have a similar issue. Put in a ticket hopefully they can figure it out.
Womack, How does one put in a work ticket? Is this with blizzard?

Good luck with that - my problem with the game has not been solved for a month, despite generating a dozen report IDs (look at most recent topics in “Technical Support” section of the forum).
Same with me, I put in a ticket and got what looked like a canned/auto generated response with list of things to do/check. Ran through all of it and still won’t work. When I replied that I had done all of the suggestions and it still wasn’t working I got a reply back with the same list.

After Hearing from blizzard they said it is a Microsoft issue, After a week of working with Microsoft, they suggested returning the laptop. I did everything from reinstalling windows to updating drivers…
Anyone find a solution to this yet? I can return the laptop. But the interesting thing is that d2r runs on several other computers I have that have all been updated and running latest windows 11 no issues.
