I keep getting this error “You have not been online in the last 30 days…” There are other similar issues in the forums and ive tried the suggested fixes from CS Rep “Yryadorne”
I tried attaching screenshots but apparently thats not allowed.

This error occurs for a number of reasons:
- Order failed
- Parental controls
- Suspension
- Offline longer than 30 days.
Though most commonly, it occurs due to a connection issue. The client goes to check if you have logged in recently but can’t reach the servers. I recommend the following steps:

At your desktop press (Windows key + R) type in: %localappdata% → Goto Blizzard Entertainment folder → Delete the Battle.net folder. This will reset the Offline cache folder.
