I have investigated this for you, and I have just started the refund for Diablo 2 Resurrected as you requested.
The money is now on its way back to you. However it may take a few days to return to you, depending on the speed of our bank and yours. In worst case, it can take up to 10 working days. I can only ask for your patience in the mean time.

going around Blizzard and getting refund through bank WILL have Blizzard ban your entire Battle.net acct.
Make your statement to their support. (if its avx issue use that and say it never aid it was req to help your case)
Yes, ppl can be mad and want refund, but goign around them and forcing a refund with bank is goign to get you banned and hope all your games on said acct were worth it.
There forcing me to do a Charge back on a game I have never played. Been a customer of Blizzards for 20 + years. That ends today.

For alot of us that are filing for a refund and getting Denied, We no longer care about our accounts. Because we no longer wish to have a relationship with Blizzard. Being Denied for a refund on a game you cant play. Is in my Mind FRAUD. Every buy a car and it not Drive but drived Fine when you tested it? Ya its like that.
I got 2 refunds on day 1. Now I cannot get another. I figured they would have the game fixed and decensored by now. Along with changes to how all the characters look.
This is pretty much it.

I played the game last night right after the maintenance, worked perfectly
It is a processor technology that the game did not check for in Beta. For some reason Release version does and it won’t start on computers without it. This impacts folks with some rather old processors.
That is a bug and they plan to remove the check for that tech so that it can start the game. They wanted to do it Friday but the patch did not pass the QA check. They have been working on this weekend and will try again today to see if they can get a working patch out. That will allow those players who can’t even START the game, to play like they could in Beta.

I agree with launch days are never smooth but the law is clear if your product doesn’t meet basic functions as intended like compatibility then the customer is entitled to a speedy refund.

Again, from my perspective, they havent been communicating enough. Too little too late. And at some point, you have to accept this, without being a unhelpful nitpicker, who is only on here to be correct in a pathetic childish headbutt contest.
Refund based solely on lack of communication, is a big fat strawman on your part. Clearly, if you can be somewhat real, clearly there is a lack of a working product in the decision aswell.
Have the issues been resolved? I can see its been 23h since last blue post. Im searching. Where can i find information on why my game didnt start, and if its been fixed? Or eta on said fix?

Blame the customer. By all means, dont accept criticism. Like, ofc Blizzard cannot possibly become better at communicating with its customers.
