Would you rather have the servers crashing every day so that you can not play for 4 or 5 hours? They stated in their post that they are working on a permanent fix. Once they have this permanent fix, they will remove the queue patch. But it takes TIME to come up with this permanent fix and put it into place.
What you guys do not seem to realize is that the team that is working on this fix are not the same team that wrote the code for the original D2 and their servers. These people have to actually go through a code that they are unfamiliar with and find bug that is causing this problem. Not to mention, the platform that D2’s code is written on is ancient. I’m pretty sure some of the members of the team have never worked on code this old. So they have to learn it first. Stop being impatient and give them time. And if waiting in line for a few minutes to play this game ruins your life that much, then just find a different game to play. There are plenty of others out there that are similar.
Ya i totally agree. Game crashes every 15 mins then theres a 20 min que to get in. I dont get much time to play between work and family. Wont keep wasting what little time i have here. And to say “oh come on were the problem chill out.” Screw you man. Played this game since lauch too buddy, and this is garbage. Pure garbage. Its been 20 years and were supoosed to be patient. Haha. Also the bots from d2jsp seem to have a pretty good understanding to have their bots running already. Mabe hire some of them instead of making us wait in que behind bots

Even a option? the game is over 20 years old and Blizzard of all companies can’t figure out how to get a stable server???
Myself and many many others are utterly disappointed in this abomination. its just a regurgitated code with insane amounts of bugs that cause crashes in normal things through out the game.
Will personally never waste my money on another blizzard “game” again. Theres ZERO fun in disconnecting every 1-10 mins randomly and now there’s a queue every time you get kicked because of THEIR side you still are forced to wait like 60 seconds to rejoin. Comical that a business of this stature released such buggy content.
