Hi, does D2R servers for nintendo switch depends on the region you bought D2R (currently it shows “us.actual battle net” below the version no.).
I bought D2R using my US region account but im getting delays when hitting enemies in online.
if i buy another copy in any asian region account KR,TW,HK,SG will my private online sessions be hosted on asia servers to make online sessions respond better.
From what I tested it seems it depends on which server is closer to you… I bought it in my American switch account but it always connect to Asia server becuase I live in Asia 
I want to be able to change it to play with friends in other servers though…
well… i live in the philippines but i kept on connecting to US servers. i hope i can connect to asia server. i hate playing with a 2 seconds delay lol.
Dude why would you buy another copy of this game before they hopefully fix any of the stuff thats wrong with it currently…

I found one: you can try to use vpn on your router to region on which you would like to play. It works for me.
