i just downloaded d2r and it keeps crashing. boots me out of every game as soon as it joins. i may have played for like 5 mins total. and not in a row. i have restarted my laptop and done scan and repair. any suggestions are welcome
What are your system specifications? (CPU, RAM, graphics)
When is the last time you blew out the dust from your laptop vents?
Have you tried running the game with the legacy graphics? (Hit “G” while playing)
I suggest you run Memtest86 to determine if you encounter any errors or not during testing phase, otherwise you may have defective CPU/RAM.
I’ve noticed lately on steam deck, my first login is now doomed to freeze and crash for some reason. Then it’s good after that
Could just be I need to swap proton versions. But I didn’t change anything to begin with. Curious.
