D2R is full of bots and maphackers

If you still not realize D2R is already full of bots and maphackers. Seems Blizzard don’t do nothing about it , as the scheme is as - they ban botters ,then they buy new d2r license keys and blizzard make profits , botters are back in game everyone is happy. On top of all this there is a lobby game problems where your games are always invisible and u forced to play alone and use other platforms to trade . All these problems made me quit online playing and back in single player…

Buying a new copy of the game after getting banned is pretty laughable.
Buying a new PC after getting the previous one banned, not many can really laugh at that.

Learn to live with them. Ban waves are all that can happen and $40 is nothing for many gamers (arguably keys will become cheaper and cheaper). They couldn’t figure it out in classic d2, d3 botting was rampant, and it isn’t going to change now. Be happy you to got to play way before d2r botting becomes like classic d2…

When even the op decides to bot. The true future of this post.

Or you could just not whine about it as you know it’s happening and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it and decide to either play the game or not. Bliz will and has banned known botters/cheaters and will continue to do so as they can. Unless you’re a crack hacker yourself and decide to go work for them to help them solve the issue, all you can do is not engage in games you know there is botting happening if that is a huge issue for you.

the only way to put an end to bots, is to bring down d2jsp

Lmao this post.
D2jsp users are the first that have negative impact because of bots, because the stuff dropping in value so quick and they can’t earn FG easily as before.

Man, just play the game for fun. Stop worrying about other’s ruining their own enjoyment of game or being sad people not even playing the game let alone playing it for fun.

yeah thats probably true to a degree, d2jsp ruined the game though so i just dont like d2jsp. I miss the good old days of actually trading ingame. Blizzard could simply start suing websites for copyright infringement though, or issuing a cease and desist order. For example, you cant sell your items or account on Ebay(which was a common thing back in like 2001-2003, till Ebay got told to knock it off).

EDIT: They can also start wiping accounts for taking items that from rwt sites, which was another thing they did during the Ebay thing: they banned the bought account. They also had to crack down on cd-key gens.

I just want the spam bots to be perma-squelched. that would make me happy.

Problem are people buying from them. If nobody would buy stuff , botters would stop.

they don’t spend $40 on new keys, that’s the rub …

bot-net is in bed with botters …

that’s why the big “sale” right before reset and the so-called ban-wave …

@67% off of the $40 price tag, they get new cd-keys for $13.80 …
that’s about 3 cd-keys for the price of one new game …
so bot-net shows activity and sales & and botters are made happy …

That’s how this works …

As far as jsp is concerned …
how can they possibly ruin D2???
They are a trading platform…
yes, bots do use that same trading platform …
but, again it’s the botters ruining the game, not jsp …

jsp provides a much missing and stable trade platform that bot-net refuses to institute …

where there is demand, there is creation …

again, botters abusing bot-net and in turn abusing a stable trade platform like jsp, traderie, etc …

bots are the issue here … and until bot-net stops supporting them, it will never change …

the launcher says it all: “Season 5 coming, know that means? The obligatory ban-wave to “assure” users that we care, Hahahhahahaa. So, we are warning you botters by putting cd-keys on sale!!! 3 for the price of one!!! We don’t want to lose you botters, so we are doing all we can [without implicating ourselves] to warn, you, help you, and to keep you and bot-net employees in business!!! Happy botting!!!”

I am sorry but it is so obvious and shameful that it is totally pathetic. It should tell you, the end user/consumer where you truly stand with a corrupt company like bot-net and where you truly stand spending your hard earned money with them …

You buy, you encourage the behaviour. Bots are the problem, you are the culprit that helps support it.

Once the company sale to microtheft goes through, it’ll only get worse. Don’t forget how conniving and corrupt microtheft is …

you, the end user are the cow, and you WILL be milked either way, sale or no sale!

D2jsp is pay to win. You can buy 3rd party coins from them and have a fully decked out char for $10. Sure, it could be used for normal players trading but 95% of jsp’ers buy coins then claim “Nope! I’ve never bought anything on jsp!” while having an infinity merc on the 2nd day of ladder. If you can buy a full set of gear with real money = pay 2 win = game breaker = bad for the game.

This is just my personal view of it, but I play exclusively online on ladder (bought this a bit over 3 weeks ago - and I believe near the end of this seasons ladder). This game doesnt have enough players.

Stop worrying so much about what other players do. If they map hack or bot, let them. It fuels more items and trades into a dwindling playerbase/economy. My character is nearly fully decked out, with the exception of skill lifers in this short period of time and 90% of my best drops didn’t come from bosses, but from killing mobs on the way to them I dont use d2jsp either, just in game trades and started with nothing). Just have fun, trade, duel if you can find them, and play the game for yourself, not worrying about what someone else has. In the original D2 back in the late 90’s-early 2000’s, I used to run many bots to farm gear while I was at school. I’m having way more fun now then I ever did having a character fitted in probably hundreds of dollars worth of gear (for that time). If there’s one thing ive learned from this since then (especially with goals, career, etc) the journey is often more fulfilling than the destination.

Jsp is ruining season because currency is not season exclusive. Everyone is supposed to start from 0. Its not the case with jsp.

Do you know why first 99 guy won the race? Because of accumulated currency on jsp. Just like the second guy did.

I know him, he is cool guy we played together, just saying whats the reality of game with jsp existing. Nothing against him using jsp as tool if blizzard does nothing about the site.

“If they maphack or bot, let them!”
“My char is fully decked out in 3 weeks and I don’t use jsp!”

Dude you can’t even find a shako in 3 weeks. Your all liars. You either bought all of your gear from an item site or jsp. Unless you idea of “decked out” is a spirit sword+shield, your a liar, just like most of the people here. The only reason people play on Bnet is so they can buy items from shops or jsp because majority of blizzard players are pathetic noobs who buy wow tokens and character boosts. If you ever played a competitive game like dota you’d be stuck in bronze league for life or just quit after 2 days because it’s too hard and you can’t cheat.
