I’m looking for some recommendations on a D2R hero editor for single player? I’d love to toy around with some custom builds outside of the PTR. Any websites or recommendations?

make your char in reg D2 , use hero editor to alter , move player files to D2R folder , log in and play … that easy … done it several times already
Where did you get your D2 hero editor? Should I just google one?
