D2r give us more storage tabs!

1 this game needs a full 10 storage tabs to collect loot and keep it!

2 part of the fun of a game is collecting things!

3 with such limited storage tabs i am FORCED to create pack mule characters wasting character slots which annoys me to no end!

4 being forced to use pack muels and forgeting where i left gear on my 15 muel is agrivating!

5 if you need more money blizz i will pay 10$ for 10 whole shared storage tabs! i should not have to bring up to a GAME COMPANY that fun in a game is good… it means more people will come to buy your game. more money for you yes!?

6 GIVE US MORE STORAGE TABS!

Stop hoarding a bunch of junk you’ll never use, you’ll have more space. :stuck_out_tongue:

The beautiful thing about a loot grind game is that you can always find what you need, as long as you spend the time looking for it. The game provides all the drops you could ever want… In moderation.

Hoarders always be hoarding.

good luck on the crusade since day 1 young warrior.

NO! LMAO!

Your d2store will just have to suffer, sorry.

Now on to a more viable option for your so-called wishes to “collect” and “save” … easy fix

one storage tab [and only one] … each item takes up only 1 square … each square specifically assigned a unique or set item or runeword … once placed in its assigned slot [you know, like, tyreals might in the tyreals might slot], you can no longer trade it, ever. Only the characters on that specific account can use those items. And, again, they can NEVER be traded. But, now you have your “collector” option.

I do think the current 24 characters allowance system should be revamped.

Instead, have:

10 NL character slots
10 Ladder character slots
10 HC NL slots
10 HC Ladder slots

If you want more, play single player offline.

AND re-separate the regions, no cross-overs.

And as far as giving more money to blizz, nah, I think their bragging point of 666 million is plenty. They could re-invest back into their company and their franchised games. You don’t invest just in the trucks for your company, you need to invest into your product and employees as well. Business sense.

If we reseparate the regions, bers will cost much more in north america. Than in asia

And your point is???

There’ll also be a lot less bots.

i see absolutely no problem with that LOL.

you mean to say. LIKE THINGS ARE NOW?

I’d be happy with a single tab. As a classic player, I get a 6x8 stash and no shared. Consider yourself lucky that the mode you prefer gets a decent amount of storage.

I do find this post relevant & I kind of agree & disagree with the OP.

I would prefer a separate stash with a lot of space instead of having all of these characters acting as Storage Characters.
I also agree that we do collect too much junk.

New Character Storage or New Tab Storage
An idea could be if instead creating a new character, we create a new tap & lose the space for 1 character. So we can choose between either new character or new Tab.

If you ever did any pvp, you would understand why we need a lot more tabs.

I tried… Couldn’t get into it. I never understood why people like it so much… It’s a battle of who has the better gear and who knows how to exploit more bugs than someone else… Not what I’d consider “fun”.

I suppose I prefer a PVP scenario where the odds are even, and skill is what determines the victor… To each their own I guess.

Oh, the pull of pvp is the community rules around it. They balance the builds and exploits. Pub pvp is the wild west haha.

But under a community agreed rule set, there are a few item combinations for each build, and they are advantageous in certain situations. Rock/ paper/ scissors.

In a duel, you wont know what your opponent is running exactly. There are spots to change gear, to better combat your opponent.

So you generally need a huge list of gear to draw from. A better understanding of the game can overcome 10 strength, 10 res, 200 hp etc.

Yeah, sounds like it could be a great community event, throwing down rules everyone can agree on certainly goes lengths to fix overall unfair and broken PVP game mechanics.

Still doesn’t appeal to me.

im gonna be honest, sounds like u just suck lol. outside of a handful of bm builds people use in pubs, if people are on the same rulesets, its majority based on skill. gear makes a difference when people are of equal skill. but its not a landslide unless youre rocking your stealth and lore and someone has enigma and hoto lol

An astute observation I can agree with, since I have very little experience with PVP in this game.

You really cannot gain much experience in something that quite simply does not exist in this game … it was never implemented …

As for storage, I think not. You have plenty already to start with and as they said in the beginning … the limited storage forced you to decide what was valuable to keep and what was not … you are already way beyond storage-coddling …

Besides the main peeps to gain any benefit from even more storage would be botters/hackers/d2stores/cheaters … why would I want to help them even more than kot & crew has??? Why???

IF they ever decide to get botting under control [especially after kot & crew are gone], then they could consider different types of storage options …

But, given the current situation, I personally could NEVER support any kind of increased storage at the moment.

Enthusiasts want more storage.

There’s not enough room for 1/4 of the Sets!

The Mule apps have been actively updated for over a decade… clearly there’s a fan base who wants more stash. Most of them would prefer a legit, in-game stash.

Bliz seems to dislike collectors… we just want to save some of the hard to find items.

I recommend PoE.

This has nothing to do with Blizz liking collectors or not. With D2R we got so much storage already:
Not counting the share stash tabs we have 4200 open slots in D2R per account. In LoD we have 1584 open itemslots per account. Counting in the 3 stash tabs D2R got 4500 itemslots which equals almost 3 full LoD account of items + in D2R we are able to mule items without the need to drop them on the ground and log back into a game with another char or switching accounts.
If this is not enough space for items and QoL, you defo hoard too much crap.

If you go for a holy grail there plenty of websites to keep track of which items you found to not hoard everything, I mean why would you want to keep Hsarus for example…

At some point it was a pain to keep track of items in LoD without making lists of what item is stores on which char. It was a pain already keeping several accounts alive since chars been deleted after 90days. It was a pain to perm all the mules you needed.

I really don’t understand how spoiled the people are, we got SO DAMN much space and QoL regarding itemstash in D2R.

In my opinion we should have gotten the same stash size like we have in LoD 8x6 (The game we love) and only 1 shared tab per account to mule items safe, which is btw one of the very few QoL things that really made sense.
With the character limit of 30 in D2R that would still be almost 2 accounts full of items compared to LoD.

Do you mean an online Mule app? If yes that falls under botting…

The problem is that people wan’t to play the game THEY want and not how the developers wants you to play THEIR game and how they designed it.
If I don’t like a game I can always chose another.
Every game gives you a limit of how many items you can keep. You have to make a decision and plan what you use your “limited” space for.

Having not enough itemstash (“only” 4500 itemslots) is a poor reason to recommend PoE over D2R.
But I’m glad for you that there is a game that fits your playstyle better^^

Try playing ladder and not wanting to delete old characters. Just because you have learned to accept this trauma does not mean that the game should work this way.

Just a game and nothing of sentimental value, I have 3 NL chars (95, 93 and 92) a few mule and I always delete the 2 or 3 ladder chars I play once ladder ends. Don’t see the problem here.

If you feel like this is a trauma I’m sorry for you.
The game works as the developer wanted it and I love it
