Battlenet app doesnt recognize that i own diablo 2 and diablo 2 lod.
Online it is fine and i see my serial keys even.
Because of this, when i go to log into the online mode for d2r, it says failed to authenticate.
I need this fixed as I cant use the account I paid for until it is
and ive tried all the hoops the automated system tells you to - this is a problem a real person needs to fix.
