this happens atleast once a day, i play HC so it is a huge issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Here is the error information.

yes this happen to me d2 crashed and when i came back on to play the next day my chr is gone. since d2 dont offer to restore chr i want a refund. seems like blizzard running a scam. they know this is a issue with ppl losing there chr and yet dont fix it or offer to help in any way. witch i will bring up with my cc company.
