D2R Account Continually gets locked trying to launch directly to EU servers

Is there a fix for this? It only happens on EU server for me but almost 100% it gets locked for suspicious activity and logging into the website to unlock doesn’t make it work next time.

I can get “locked” , go to the website, log in and verify with the email code, then click online in game and get “locked” again.

and how exactly are you trying to login directly to eu servers?

by the battlenet app or are you trying to access the game via self made shortcut?

thanks for the bump, but since it’s specifically one account and one server, I don’t think non-GMs can really help. There must be some issue with my account on their end.

look I’m trying to asist in a way i’m able, if you try to run the game from shortcut than there’s a pelthora of things that can be set incorrectly, i myself in particular have broad experience in crafting specific shortcuts for D2R… Not only do i bypass the battlenet app completely but i also am able to set any so called core parking/affinity and aplication priority level for D2R without thirdparty software, just by using a shortcut… on the other hand, if you require GM asistance I sincerlily doubt you’ll find it here, better make a ticket in the blizz issue sytem about either the game or account or even both… though the D2R forums is a bad place to look for GM assistance, as staff rarely looks in here, even account suspensions are automatized in here, and any announcements we get are often from “X/Twitter” instead of an actual forum post, i’m willing to bet they use invoices from D2R licence purchases as toilet paper over at blizz HQ, that’s how low we are on the priority list for them…
