D2Lod Nld Eu Failed to Join to Game

I have a problem joining/creating a d2lod game on the EU server.The character is in NLD mode, all other characters work and join the game. Please fix the character. Resetting the PC and router didn’t help. Comunicat"Failed to Join Game: and back to change characters

i am having the exact same problem on east NL

all of my other characters work, besides my 1 barbarian… firewall and everything has been checked… now blizzard told me to come here
