D2jsp is going to ruin the integrity of this game

njaguar distributes fg to his friends and bans whomever he pleases

Please, if you support actions against d2jsp.

Banned JSP??? Wtf are you talking about? Its a third party site.

Going to? it’s been around for ages and the integrity of the game has been gone since almost forever.

LOL you’ve got no clue what you’re talking about.

You make it seem like the average person could use cash to buy fg to buy an enigma on day 2 of a new release/ladder.

You’ve obviously never looked at fg prices on items at the beginning of a release, so why are you spouting out your opinions of it?

I see a lot of ā€œspecialistsā€ on this post. Whether you stay or not, is up to you. As long as we can trade items, JSP will exist. If they take away trading, half of us will leave.

Every single person who posts an anti-JSP thread either got picked on growing up or got robbed for an item because they don’t know market pricing.

More server space for me

Know why there are botters? Because one High Rune, can buy this game off D2jsp using FG. They can ban your account, but the amount of wealth you stack up in FG – they can’t ban. So you can just buy another account with items you found, and restart fresh.

Blizzard dropped the ball on this one. GG Blizz… GG

Except you’re not allowed to sell FG for real money…

You dont. You are allowed to ā€œGiftā€ accounts thru Bnet for FG. Their terms changed.

D2JSP isn’t goin anywhere do I support them no could careless honestly about them honestly but it is usefully to get an idea what I have of value is worth in regards of other items, at the end of the day. D2JSP has been around longer then some of you been born they are in a legal grey area because how it works so everyone crying about get rid of D2JSP is like telling blizzard to fix the servers. Nothings goin to happen any time soon.

But once again keep in mind I don’t care about or support or whatever will have you about D2JSP but at least you can go some where to reference the value of your items compared to other items people may say they control the market but at the end of the day it’s no different then the price fixers and stuff on PoE trade and so forth.

what about all the straight cash sites that keep spamming the lobbies? Those don’t even require old players who saved up FG, anyone can buy stuff at will. But either way, it doesn’t matter. Unless you PvP, other players having better gear than you will have no negative impact on you. if anything, it could be positive, as you join games with them and they help clear things much faster (giving you more xp, and chances for loot-provided no one is using exploits or cheats which is an actual problem). And the bot farmers are an issue due to server load, but isn’t JSP mostly P2P, rather than illegal bot farmer colony to player? The groups massing dozens/hundreds of bots are hurting the game by overloading servers with junk accounts

Thx for free advertisement of D2Jsp, Paul will love it

People are willing to trade vs fg, as long as they are willing D2jsp will go on

Look around you at the mobile game market. There is not a single game that doesnt have P2W RMT. Its more like the norm now and the PC market has always had third party RMT for these type of games. Let it rest, nothing to do about it.

Easy fix, ā€œTrading is turned off, until the first person hits level 99ā€.

2 months and 20 characters of necrooooo

I’m for making everything soulbound at this point.

I must ask…
How do you ā€œwinā€ Diablo 2 or D2r?
And what are the winnings?

At the start of all of this, ā€œfairā€ was mentioned… now we all know time=money… so then money(must)=time.
Now since we all know farming items requires time…
I have to ask yet another question…
What is ā€œfairā€ - time invested?
Should Blizzard limit game play to 30 minutes a day or 3.5hrs a week to make sure all is fair?
I mean, some person working 2-3 jobs to support their family, then doing household chores/errands… how do we make ā€œtimeā€ fair to him/her?

The way I see these sites is;
Blizzard does nothing about bots/hoarding/trading.
Blizzard has not set regulations on trade value… example, if I ask for a Ber and Lo in exchange for a Bloodrise Morning Star, there is nothing in game to prevent that trade… as being unfair, or recognizing any value whatsoever.
Since Blizzard puts no value, or fairness, in gear or trades… the only remaining function is, what’s it worth to you?
Is it ā€œ40-60ā€ hours farming for said item? Up to you.
Is it worth $20… maybe it is, maybe that’s the most stupid thing you’re ever heard… either way, it’s up to you.

As for winning D2r, I don’t think I’ve ever beaten another player, nor been beaten by one.
I’ve played with more experienced, and less experienced, but I’ve never won a game, nor lost a game.
There are quests, and I complete them, or die, and try again.

It was also mentioned that D2r is a competitive game.
In a game (while completing the designed quests) where I cannot beat another player, nor be beaten by another player, nor is there a winner of the end game… much less a prize/reward/contract provided for having won (at least that I’m aware of, tho, admittedly I’ve done zero research on this) I have no idea how it could possibly be considered competitive.
If anyone finds this game competitive, it’s ideals and accomplishments set upon oneself.
I’ve played it since 2000… and have yet to find a situation where I am competing with anyone… during designed game quests.

What’s the point?
I’m have no interest in telling someone how much time or money they can/should/fairly spend on a game that has no winner.

When Blizzard bans bots, and places economy/fair-trade-values into the game… we can revisit.

This coming from a casual player, that really doesn’t give a hoot about lvl 1-99 and believes this game is nothing more than that. Moreover, a game that has no clear winner as far as I’m aware.
So, really, it’s not a game, it’s a pastime, or, a hobby…
And I’m not about to tell anyone how much time, or money, they should spend on their pastime/hobby.
That’s up to them.
