D2 SP characters in Beta?

As far as we known, the Beta will be dedicated to multi-players tests on Bnet (and probably more classes and acts, hopefully all of them).

However, it could be nice if our old-D2 Single Player saves could also be imported into D2R (but not into multi-players mode, of course).
Indeed, it has been announced already, so they know it’s possible and maybe not very difficult…

Do you think it would be possible to get this facility during the Beta ?

Seriously doubt it, the point is to go over everything, allowing people to skip major parts of the game, actually playing it, kind of sounds counter productive?

If the beta will allow us to play the whole game, I think its definitely a possibility

With some tricks you can already load your D2 char into the alpha version.
