Hi, Fail to authenicate has been like this for over 3 weeks now. My pc is high end and all up to date.
Any ideas on what to try / do. Thank you.

Tries again and fails forever without explanation
this is brand new to me as of now. I was able to play my online characters earlier today, just tried and get this message “failed to autheticate”
after a bit of research i’ve discovered this is happening to EVERYONE? Except when i log onto twitch, i see LIVE streamers… so apparently this is only happening to a few of us.
Before the downtime no connection problems (besides the random fun crashes) now “failed to auth” 
Streamers usually have offline characters besides the Battle net ones.
