D2 Bits and D2 Honor

Can we at least have the ability to block the spam from this? I guess I used up all of my blocks. 90% of the games are also D2 bits or D2 honor. It literally requires one line of code to be able to block more…come on guys

This would slow down the revenue for the RMT botters… Which in turn would slow down the revenue that Blizzard gets when the RMT botters rebuy the game when they get banned…

Follow the paper trail. Blizzards inaction on the problem as well as profiteering from the problem makes them about as guilty as the RMT botters themselves.

True. I went to the site to check it out…$250 for a tal armor had me in tears.

$4 for a vex rune has me in tears.

Edit: oops my bad make that $1.75 holy moly.

I wouldn’t trade a dose of the clap, much less a buck 75 for a vex rune. The economy has the budget so tight, it’d take a tractor with dualies to pull a dollar out of my wallet.

Man the price is so low you wonder if it even IS bots.
Maybe they are just able to procure the item through a hero editor? Maybe they are affiliated with Blizzard???

i came to the same conclusion.Accountant here. There is no way selling runes if even close to profitable. You need to calculate electricity to run the bots, the time it takes, the human labour cost to sell Ist for 10 cents,Lo for 25c and Ber/Jah for 50c ( mid to end previous ladder).I can see no way for this being remotely feasible, besides items being duped or added to the game, like in private servers. D2r needs to have monetisation if we are to even have a normal, non botted ladder.

Yeah! Don’t forget to add all the copies of the game you have to buy!
And factor in the large number of these sites. There are at least 4 advertised on bnet on useast…
AND dont forget advertising – there is so much advertising even on youtube videos and google sponsored ads.
Its fascinating. But seems sketchy.

Not everyone lives where the almighty Dollar reigns supreme…

Cheapest countries to live in

All eyes on the two most populous countries… India and China.

Where is that data from? It seems a bit iffy. How did they get numbers for North Korea? and why is it on par with european countries?

Try scrolling down a bit. They explain it…

I have no doubt that some are estimated. I’m sure they didn’t take a sprinting stroll across the DMZ border to hit up Kim Jong Un on how much a pad on the upper east side costs per month in North Korea. Then again, maybe that’s what Mr. King was doing…
