game is running smoothly, but cutscenes have severe fps issue.
running on pc, nvidia gtx-1070Ti. i5-intel.
is there any way to fix this?
hmm, maybe update your codec pack , or download one (dunno which ones are actual/needed, but sometimes that has been my issue with other games in the past).
btw, i assume you updated gfx/sound drivers…
