Cube recipes need to be enabled for non-ladder

I think the cube recipes should have been enabled for all players as they are old recipes that are being made more useful. I also think if there are going to be ladder only cube recipes they should be ones that are actually new not just old recipes being given additional uses

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Normal Unique Weapon = Exceptional Version of Weapon (original use)
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Normal Set Weapon = Exceptional Version of Weapon (additional use)

1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Unique Weapon = Elite Version of Weapon (original use)
1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Set Weapon = Elite Version of Weapon (additional use)

1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Unique Armor = Exceptional Version of Armor (original use)
1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Set Armor = Exceptional Version of Armor (additional use)

1 Ko Rune + 1 Lem Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Exceptional Unique Armor = Elite Version of Armor (original use)
1 Ko Rune + 1 Lem Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Exceptional Set Armor = Elite Version of Armor (additional use)

these cube recipes need to be enabled for all players as they are not actually new just updated so they can be used to upgrade set parts also the upgrade recipes were very rarey used in Diablo 2 Lord of Destroction because they were locked to ladder characters only which had runewords that in most cases were way better than sets and uniques

Besides the point here are likely only a few set parts worth upgrading when most players use runewords mainly on their fully built characters the only set parts that are somewhat useful to upgrade are:
Tal Rasha’s Fine Spin Cloth only if it is perfect 40 defense and 15% MF
Trang-Oul’s Claws FCR and Cold Resist
Guillaume’s Face
Tal Rasha’s Horadric Crest possibly but not likely

They are going to be enabled when ladder ends.

There is nothing saying that as the upgrade recipes for uniques fom exceptional-elite are still ladder and single player only in Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction the game that D2R is a remaster for

The only thing that can’t be currently made afaik is the new runeword on non-ladder like myst, flickering flame, etc.
