I logged in yesterday and my cube is missing. I’ve tried killing the council and going to the chest in act2, nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Are you sure you are going to the right dungeon and chest in Act 2? Double check that you are in the Dry Hills - Halls of the Dead
The chest is guarded by an Elite named Bloodwitch.
The only way not to get another is to have one already in your bag or Personal Stash.
Yeah 100% going to right place. Does is have anyhing to do with going from NM to Hell? It was there Sunday morning then it was gone when I was able to log back on.

Probably. Lower the difficulty and try Normal? Everyone so far has ben able to get it back running Act 2 quest dungeon. You don’t need the quest.

There was a server issue with D2 resurrected this last weekend (Oct. 9/10) and I was unable to relog into my character after being kicked out of a game. I logged into my character after work today and my horadric cube and the three gems I had in it are missing. The character in question is a 38 non-hardcore sorcerer that finished normal mode and is on the second act of nightmare.
The reason I suspect it was the server issue is that I was trying to relog into my character because the horadric cube wouldn’t combine gems. When I tried to relog it kept telling me it was unable to create the game and then I saw the warning message on the bnet launcher. I decided to take a break and I haven’t played since Saturday. There’s no reason my cube should be missing other than an issues you were having with the server.
I was unable to submit a support ticket and it kept pointing me to these forms so I’m going to go ahead and post my reply here since this person had a similar issue. Seems like a few people lost their cubes after the last round of connection issues blizzard have. Blizzard please restore my cube and the gems that were in it.

After trying everything, Act2 on normal and NM, Council on normal and NM, I reinstalled the game and ran Act2 Normal Halls and the cube came from the chest. Hope this helps others.

Same exact problem. While playing Diablo 2 Resurrected last night, the servers crashed on the game and I didn’t receive any warning. I lost progress from my barbarian from act 3 into act 4. I lost my Herodric Cube from my stash and the runes/flawless skulls in my stash as well. I also lost 2 acquired levels.
Please do what Bradwill said. If you just go run the Halls of the Dead in Dry Hills Act 2 you can get another from the chest at the end.
Any items in the cube are gone though. Currently if the cube is “in use” when the game or servers crash it messes with the save state. Anything in it, and the cube is lost.
You can only get the cube back. I don’t keep anything in my cube that is important right now.
