CTRL-Left-Click to move items to my stash usually doesn’t work for me. Sometimes it will if I try a large number of times in a row; the overwhelming majority of the time it just picks the items up (as if I hadn’t been holding CTRL.)
I am playing on a connection with higher-than-average latency.
I am having the same issue!
My average latency is around 100ms.
I don’t think that would be an issue, but I just want to provide as much info as possible.

it’s probably a server issue because path of diablo mod has this and it works the same way. trying to quickly move 40 gems or whatever to your stash will usually result in picking up a few instead of moving them. even clicking and dropping items this happens. you think you’re going to drop the item when you’ve grabbed it and click on the ground then as you’re moving your cursor to pick up another item you realize the other item didn’t drop even tho you know you clicked. all server issues that have been with the game forever. if you’re playing offline it’s a lot smoother, at least in classic d2.
