This isn’t a Major issue, but I’ve noticed using Ctrl + Left Click to easily move items works perfectly fine for me on Americas (main region) but if I’m ever logged into Europe the Ctrl + Left Click combo doesn’t work for moving items easily.
Not a major deal break, but I’ve starting being accustomed to the super easy shortcut haha.
This happens to me on literally any region im on and its really annoying 
I am also facing this issue. My husband PC dont have this issue while I can only manually transfer my items into/out of my inventory. >.<
I have same problem, I can use ctrl + click for sale items, but for moving items it doesn’t work =(
And it’s happened only in online game mode.
In offline mod everything working perfectly.

Same issue here in Asia Region. Vendors work fine but Chest doesn’t.
Same issue I am encountering. whenever I go to Europe, the shortcut doesn’t work. which is very annoying with using controllers.
I have the same issue in Europe region. Vendors work but stash does not work. Please fix it would be a very nice quality of life to have.
I have this issue when I’m in someone else’s game. In my own game ctrl click works 100% of the time regardless of region. As soon as I join a friends or random game, it starts glitching out.
Nice to see Blizz still just ignoring problems that make the game annoying to play.
I found something strange, it seems to be affected by v-sync. With v-sync off, transferring item via ctrl+click at stash is somewhat bugged and not functioning. Try turning v-sync on guys.
Found another strange fix. I had been connected to a VPN and was not able to Ctrl+Left click. Turned it off and restarted the game and now it works.

Same here. Such a bummer. Cant be as fast as I was in managing my inventory on the fly and in town
I got a new video card + monitor after playing this game for a few weeks and suddenly had this issue transferring items to/from my stash using ctrl + click. After some playing around found out it was because I turned off v-sync like Jtyh mentioned.
It’s hit and miss for me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Nope. I have Vsync on and it still bugs out.

Been having the same problem and found a fix. For some reason it seems to be linked with your FPS. I added the /fps command to see the ping and in-game fps. At default mine was at 140 fps. Limiting it to 60 fps and below seems to ‘fix’ the ctrl clicking bug. If I set it to 70 then it becomes a hit and miss and anything above I can forget about it.
You can set the fps target in the options.

This is frustrating because 60 FPS doesn’t look very good on a 144hz monitor.
If this is the issue, I can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed yet.
I’ve never successfully ctrl+clicked an item to/from cube/stash.
I’m on Americas by the way.
