Hello good afternoon, I can now play the resurrected diablo 2, thank you very much for fixing it. I bought the version of the game for ps4 and I have been playing, now when I enter from the pc with the same battle.net account, it puts the error message on the server, then it loads the ps4 character, I imagine they have not yet had it incorporated the crossplay version to pc. I do not know if it is that or I could play with my ps4 pj on pc. Thanks for everything
Howdy!
We have a support article that clarifies Cross-Play and Cross-Profession Here.
The game is cross progression only meaning your online characters can be played across platforms if you purchase the game for that platform. The game does not have cross-play meaning you can only play with other players on that platform, and you must purchase the game for each platform you wish to access it on. If you only purchased the game on PS4 then you would not be able to access it on the PC unless you purchase it for PC as well. If you would like to provide feedback to our developers about adding cross play between platforms make sure to post over on our General forums Here.
Thank you.
Thank you very much, I clarify my doubts and I am about to buy it on pc with the same account that I am using for ps4, thank you. Since I have another question in doubt, in the graphic section of the game the resolution is 1920x1080p, it seems that it cannot be lowered, it is what I wanted to lower the resolution, but it seems that it is not possible. ¿Can the resolution of Diablo 2 be lowered? Well that’s all thank you very much!
Some change their desktop resolution for it. I hope it helps. Because the game tries to get your desktop resolution. At least windowed mode. On fullscreen you could try to enable more available resolutions on you gpu control panel, that could enable to be showed on the list.
