Hey guys I just made a bnet account and then purchased diablo 2 on pc. I already had characters on xbox. I linked my xbox account to my battle net account on pc. That was no problem, then i relaunched bnet opened diablo 2 but it doesnt have any of my xbox characters on there. I also tried making a character then launching on my xbox instead to see if the char was there, but it isnt. This is stressing me out trying to figure out what i need to do, havent been able to find anyone posting more details etc. Can anyone please help!? I hope i didnt waste 40$

there is cross progression.
it sounds like you made a 2nd battlenet account and purchased the pc copy on it. i’m assuming you already had a separate battlenet account for your xbox.
ive actually never purchased a blizzard game on xbox, but im assuming it works like other cross platform launchers where you had to create a battlenet account before you could play any blizzard game.
When I did this on my PS5 and Switch… I think as it was December:
Run game => Log In => Battle.Net Username + Password => Linked
That was all I did if I remember correctly
You have two Battlenet accounts and that’s the reason why you can’t see the other characters.
You have to have copy of game for both platforms on one account, try contacting customer support, they might help you and transfer it into one.
