Why they have cross progression but it doesn’t track stats cross platform. If I knew this before hand I wouldn’t bought this on both Playstation and PC. How they expect ppl to play with friends? I finished act 1 & 2 with friends on PC. Switched back to playstation and no trophic pop. Tried both cross zone and kill the act boss again…damn blizzard.

I agree this is a massive issue currently.
Achievements/Trophies should automatically detect actions taken on PC and reflect the correct Achievement/Trophy unlock when you log into the game with that character on Xbox or Playstation.
I am unsure if this was missed during quality control or and unforeseen bug currently.
@Blizzard Please provide feedback on the issue and if any action is planned to correct this or not.

I just noticed this as well and I’m disappointed.
I leveled up to 22 on xbox, leveled up twice on pc, then back on xbox leveled a few more times till I was at 26. Xbox tracker says I am only 24% complete with the lvl 99 achievement.
I really hope I don’t lost the ability to get that achievement because I leveled twice on PC…

After I leveled up on Xbox and played a little bit longer, the achievement progress finally caught up after I did a bulk of my leveling on PC. Don’t know how long it took, but I’m level 75 right now and my progress finally switched from 52 percent to 75 percent.
And I don’t know why the Playstation trophies aren’t popping when completing the bosses on console after beating them on PC. When I beat Baal last night for the first time on Nightmare console it popped the Xbox achievement for me right away for completing the game on Nightmare.
The all way points one I was able to get to pop after visiting each one and activating it again. It finally popped for me in Act 3 when doing it this way. I think the issue with that one may be that it only recognizes the ones found on the console so you would need to go through and activate them again in a new lobby if you switched between the two and activate the ones again that you got on PC.
The only one that didn’t track between the two was vendoring 1,000 items.

If someone was to reach level 99 on PC I still have this feeling unless they make changes the achievement could never be unlocked console with that character and would require another character to reach level 99 on the console itself.
I’m here still hoping they change the Hardcore level 99 achievement to something more manageable. I don’t mind the level 99 for softcore at all though. That is a decent one though may be impossible to do on console eventually unless we get lobbies and maybe real cross play.

Yeah, it’s really disappointing. I just unlocked the last waypoint in Act V on Xbox this morning and the achievement didn’t pop. I have a feeling it’s because I unlocked most of the waypoints while playing on PC. Hopefully they can patch this later so that when you log in on Xbox/Playstation it grants any achievements you earned on another platform.

I just found this out the hard way. I played my Necro from Start all the way to Baal’s Throne Room on my PS5. And then my GF wanted to watch something on TV so I killed Baal on my laptop. And now no Trophy for defeating Hell With A Necro.

First party platforms in general prevent this. Games that do allow it get an exemption.

For most achievements/trophies, you simply need to repeat the actions on console after having done them initially on pc and they will pop as expected. This is what I did with PC/Xbox.
My first character was a HC sorc that completed hell on PC. I simply did a solo hell baal run on xbox and the associated achievement unlocked.
There are only a few achievements that you can miss as they would only trigger once per character- the level 99 achievements and the all quests achievement. So if you are actually going to grind out level 99, get to 98.99, then gain the last bit of xp on your platform to pop the trophy/achievement.
And for completing all quests, leave one quest incomplete on a character and then do the remaining quest on console.
Stuff like get all wps simply required me visiting all wps on console after having gotten them all already (in normal diff only) on pc.
I have all of the non-level 99 achievements on Xbox and basically did everything first on PC, then briefly played on Xbox to repeat actions and pop the achievements.

I do have the same issue here, playing on pc and playstation. The level 99 trophy for me is stuck at 90 and the hardcore level 99 trophy for me is stuck at 31 and I am a level 94 hardcore druid, both counters should be at 94. I am having this issue since months now. I tried to reinstall the game, deleted the save games (on cloud and console) and also made a few levels on the playstation, but nothing happens, the trophy counter keeps being stuck.
I also had issues with other trophies like beating the game in hell with every class, with 4 of the classes I had to kill baal in hell like 10 times on playstation to make it pop. Imagine happening this on hardcore, you just have 1 try to do this, you can not try the level 99 hardcore trophy 10 times 
Blizzard please fix this issue, this is a known bug since over a year now and it has never been fixed or adressed by you.
Everyone wants a trophy nowadays.
This is not a bug do to the fact that the achievement trackers on xbox and trophy trackers on PSN are only designed to track progress on the respective platform and not progress that comes over from another platform via cross progresion
