Ah, ok. Hopefully you’ll be able to nail down the proper update at some point. 
For sure and if anyone in this thread downloads a specific update and that solves the issue, feel free to reply back to this thread with the kb number for it so we can confirm and add that information to our troubleshooting.
That is the correct one. I can confirm it solved my issue.

I didn’t have any particular issues with Act V but i saw it on my system as an optional Update which wasn’t installed. So i figured it might the chosen one.
I updated to Windows 10 - Version 21H1. I still cannot play act V
Updated every optional updates. Still stuck on loading screen. I’d like a refund for this product. When repairng i get this error: Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8
I have the same issue.
i7 8700k, 16gb ram (non overclocking) + 980Ti - crash every 4/5 games when entering 5a.
Notebook, AMD 4500U APU - 0 crashesh for ~60h of gaming.
I5 8400 INTEGRA - 0 crashesh.
Whats going on? All drivers and Windows are up to date. Other games for example RDR2 or Far Cry 5 runs without any problems.
randomly crashing for like 25- 35 in game
but mostly in act 5 in any difficulty

In the last 4 days I’m trying to finish NM act2 with my paladin, and I can’t because every time I’m starting a game and runin to duriel the server drops me out and say “connection error” or something like this…
This is amazingly annoying.
I saw that zeal sometimes go a bug and my fella just waving with his hand in the air (not miss the hit, don’t even hit) , is it some specific error with my character or I’m just trying to finish that act in the wrong time period. every day at the daily server breakdown?
Exactly the same problem for my solo Char in A4 portal to ACT5.
