D2R Worked fine before the latest update. Now when I launch D2R I get to the the screen that says “Press any key to begin” and when I press any key the game crashes to the desktop with no error message. Thank you for any help.

FIXED - So for me to fix this I had to delete my offline saved characters. Hope this helps.
You need to include a DxDiag for troubleshooting. We can’t tell what’s going on with your system from the forum.
Hi sorry I tried to submit a report ticket with my MSInfo and DxDiag attached but kept getting an error and could not submit the ticket. Here is my DxDiag.
The only error of note is an audio problem, but it doesn’t tell us what it is.
Beyond that, you may just have a background app interfering. Sometimes you can figure that in the error reporting section of the MSInfo. In the meantime, try these steps:
