Is there a comprehensive list of area iLvls? Should I be picking up blue amulets from my Travincal runs? Are the council members a different iLvl from Travincal itself? Just a few questions for those in the know.

Remove the space between the

If you need amulets for crafting, once you reach level 93 every amulet you gamble is high enough to get +2 skills (if that was what you were wondering about).
they are all lvl 88…

That’s what I was wondering about, yes. Trying to roll ‘the nut’ caster amulets… Good to know that gambling thing… now I just need to get to lvl 93.
You should be picking up magic amulets and ringsfrom anywhere in game. Its common mistake that people dont pivk them up.
Unique monsters and their minions are always arealvl+3.
That is not correct, only council members in throne room are 88. Council members in travincal are lvl 85.
Council members at durance of hate level 3 have lvl 86.

Yep, level 85. I have been doing trav runs in SP before going online, the ilvls are level 85.

Thats fine dude, basicly all big sites have it wrong, even wiki.
Its funny that i found proper info on one lesser known place to confirm my suspicion.
https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Council_Member has it correct. It lists the four council member “types”, listing the Travincal types (1 and 2) as mLV 85 on Hell.
They dont have it right, they have mistake under council type 3. Its supposed to be 86, not 85.
