Tremors just left the Crystalline Passage and Frozen River, and now strike “a non-existent level”. The purple waypoint text shows Rogue Encampment, however, it is not terrorized.
I have completed Hell difficulty. First time seeing this!
Can you think of any place in the game that doesn’t exist and can definitely not be got to via the rogue encampment?

I checked blood moor but not the cows. so i missed a whole hour of buffed cows.
This is not a bug. “A non-existent level” and showing the Rouge Encampment as being terrorized is working exactly as it should and working as indented. So is the moo you hear when entering the Rouge Encampment during this time.
yeah. as soon as I realised what it is I thought it was genius
