Try equipping any bow and turning on Conviction aura with a Paladin. It fails to turn on using any method while equipped.
The only workaround I have found is you can turn on conviction before equipping the bow then manually equip the bow, but as soon as you switch anything such as weapon, auras, skills you can no longer turn on conviction unless you unequip the bow again.
Came here to report the same bug. I have to unequip the bow before turning on conviction aura then equip the bow I’m using.

Was supporting the group with conviction aura and wanted to shoot some arrows but it didnt work. Please fix this bug so that the paladin can use the conviction aura + bow.

Bumping, this is VERY annoying and can’t understand how this slips through!
Absolutely, trying a Kuko Shakaku paladin and Conviction will not select, it works as mentioned above but that is annoying to toggle mid battle

same bug here. blizzard please fix this!
I will add that there are legitimate strategic reasons to fixing this. being able to hot swap over to conviction with a different weapon could be advantageous in PvP. not to mention other skills as well which this random bug does not affect. I know its minor but I hope this little bug makes it into some patch sometime ty.
