Continuously flickering dropped items/main menu trees/objects

Hello there.

Recently i discovered two things:

  • My game is just CONTINUOUSLY flickering. But not everytning, oh no.
Just in the main menu, especially the background, which looks pixelated as hell and vibrating/flickering until the point i think i’ll have panic attack. Seriously annoying. It also does the same with many dropped items, and enemy bodies on the floor, however, if i pick up an item from the ground, and drop it again, it will stop. Obviously i can’t do the same with all the …cking items. And with the main menu. And with the enemy bodies.
  • Recently my mercenary’s body is not visible. And it happens continuously, and i need to reset the whole game to deal with it.

I also run a Ryzen 7 3700x, an Nvidia 2070 Super with 32 GB of RAM, SSD to run the games, and so on. So pls don’t come with the usual “are your hardwares up-to-date, and not messy/buggy, is your GPU outdated for the game” questions.
Yes, everything is up-to-date.
Yes, everything is working flawlessly with other games.
But still, D2R somehow have this weird issues.

ALso, not to mention the fact that if i start the game, the welcoming screen with the big Diablo2 Resurrected logo and main theme is lagging as hell, until my character shows up in the screen.

Seriously, what hardware recommendation would run the game WITHOUT issues? OR, what is the magic tricks’ package to run the game without issues? Honestly, I’m an IT guy, so the hardware/software maintenance is not new for me, but the amount of bugs this game has after the release…it’s ridiculous.
please, PLEASE can someone help me ASAP with these weird, annoying bugs, after all these years that i bought your overpriced games and showed my support to you?!?!?!?

I know that possibly none of the developers/true responsible persons won’t read this, and sorry to everyone who maybe offended by this/got confused…but man, i’m annoyed, frustrated and angry as …ck now.

Thanks.

UPDATE:

It turned out - even that my RTX 2070 Super COULD USE IT!!! - that the Nvidia DLSS option cause the lags in the game. I turned it off and started to use AA, and it looks like fine wine.
Conclusion? SHAME ON YOU, BLIZZARD.
