i picked upa rare winged helm. when i opened my inv. it showed the red outline as was unid. but didnt show item( blank space) hit cain, opened inv again, still blank space, scrolled over it, game crashed, now everytime i open inv. the game instantly crashes. i have a char with a green set winged helm stuck in his hands , that char just crashes loading into a game. how can i get in touch with someone that can act fix this for me? thank you

If it’s offline you can always just upload it to a online hero editor and delete the item
Then Generate a new one not in your hands
