I cannot play more than 5 minutes without disconnecting. It’s getting ridiculous. Not a day without server issues. I’m in EU region. Does it matter? I cleared blizzard and bnet cache, scanned the game at the client, my connection is OK, it’s via cable, not wireless. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help
Same problem here, I even replaced the ethernet cable with a new one.

After changing the region to the US (launch option – address), I left the game for 2 hours and experienced no disconnection.
Same here. Accidentally experienced the same thing. Went to NA server for a quick trade and stayed there for a while. No disconnects. On EU, before and after i couldn’t stay in a game for more than 2 minutes. Later on I started playing on NA and experienced no lags despite geographical distance. In Hearthstone EU was always the worst server and turns out i D2R it’s the same issue. It’s ridiculous.

Very Laggy on NA server today 28 Jun 2026 and recently as well. Connection keeps dropping. Sad, I used to play D2R more and results like this is why I tend to play other games. Today I was in around 5 min mark and got disconnected after major lag. I have the fastest 1.5Gb connection and low latency ping. But I am fairly sure nothing will get done as result of my post.
