Ok this is a little ridiculous… I like how on anything I read about the patch, there isn’t one mention of console. So who really cares if computer gets the update. How about we make platforms equal on atleast one base. Release date. I think that it’s bull that any console but their preferred console (pc) gets left in the breeze while they cater to an already completely broken pc system. D2 on pc has been riddled with cheats and cheaters/hackers for almost as long as I can remember. And yet they don’t fix those pc issues, instead they add more stuff to pc, not fix the issue and leave the non broken consoles out in the cold. I get it. Diablo has been pc based for forever… however with that said… fix the pc problems that have plagued this game for decades and how about throwing the non cheater or hackers a bone and update the other consoles first. Let them wallow in their own self created disappointment, and let everyone else advance. After all, what’s the point in re-releasing a game for console play if you aren’t gonna do anything about it. Hell if you have to, make a pc team and a console team. Equal attention. D2r is literally the only game on both pc and console that only has been catering to their choice platform, pc. I know people will have something to say about this, and that’s fine as we all have opinions. But when a company continues to neglect the obvious elephant in the room, what does anyone have to say about them beside “nothing good”. Come on diablo. I’ve had faith in you for 22 years. Fix your problems and help the consoles players to play the game the way it was intended.

I have no issues to create MP games. Have a stable friend list and invite them to the game. Lobby would be nice, but mostly i play SP, so i’m ok with.
Balance changes are nice. Let’s take a look when it’s live.

This is true Sony and Microsoft make you pay for the online stuff with plus and whatever Xbox has (Bit of an Xbox greeny as I’ve never enjoyed it). The only way you don’t pay is single player. Which is also the battle people don’t consider when it comes to console, contacting 2 servers to play leaves many openings for disconnection aswell. When I was online I ran into 3 issues. My internet sucks cause I live in a valley, ps network connection gives me a hard time sometimes and if it’s because of the net I’m having nat errors, and then Battle.net.
But I do agree in the sense that having to pay to play online regardless of the system seems incredibly rude to not cater to the paying players needs first But, it is the buggers known as Sony and Microsoft that are the culprits therefore not blizzard fault.
