If you don’t announce a fix for console multi-player matchmaking I’ll be requesting a refund through Xbox store.

Matchmaking is unplayable. This is absolutley absurd. Blizzard should be ashamed of themselves. Ive already tried to refund this for ps4 only to be rejected. Way to keep crapping on your fans blizzard.

I told you so. This is why I cancelled my pre-order before release. Good luck getting a refund from Sony.

Yeah Sony never accept refunds, regardles of the reason. I hade a game which I could never start, had video proof and all, rejected 
15 mins after it released I got into a game with 6 other people and was able to play with them for an hour. Then I had to download a patch. I was able to play with 1 other person yesterday and we beat a2 but nobody else joined the whole time and then the game crashed when I tried to go to a3. For a brand new game its def pretty weird that nobody else joined our game at all. Its criminal that there even is a matchmaking “feature” because I’m trying to join a series of Baal runs titled “sweaty baals1” and hope I get in before it fills up, not play in a totally empty game. Never had problems with Sony over games that didn’t work. Esp if I’ve had proof. I’ve gotten refunds on a couple
