Same here. no interrupted if i just standing there but farming mobs make me disconnected from servers.

Having the same issues as OP since 2.4 patch or there abouts. not sure whats changed but has basicly made the game unplayable for me. I’ve tried taking the steps to fix connections issues as suggested by blizzard

I’m having the same problem. I keep getting disconnected from the servers every 5 minutes. I’ve tried all the steps and nothing seems to help. I’ve reported the issue and nobody has got back with me. It’s really frustrating!!!
Unplayable, I get disconnected every 10 mins, so I cannot advance. Does anybody know if they’re working on a fix for this?
I remember playing this game with a 56kbps modem and having 0 issues back then.
two days ago I noticed something drastic, my wifi connection was getting massively disrupted (I think it has been happening but I just normally ignore it). buit now, a 200/10 Mb connection down/up reduced to a jagged 6/.1 on speedtest. I thought it was the wifi card on a brand new legion laptop, so I’ve been working with their helpdesk to figure out what was happening. turns out that it is the diablo program. I don’t know what it is doing, but either wired OR on wifi, it turns my connection into absolute unstable poop and it lags my game. as an HC player, this is brutal af. as soon as i turn off diablo, the connection goes back to its normal self. this is crazy. how does a program do this in 2021?
Also getting “Your connection has been interrupted.” disconnects about every 5-10 minutes. Every other game, video streaming, video chat, etc. service works. Internet speed tests shows normal connection speeds. Game is more or less unplayable for me. Any suggestions?

I been having this issue for long time and Blizzard don’t care about it… they reply is the ip provider but is not… the ip developer told me in a call is the design of the game for the network is poor development and that is why it happen is not compatible or upgraded to the new standard causing issues, so welcome guys to the new diablo unplayable game era…
It doesn’t solve the issue of disconnects, but I found that alt-f4 once the disconnect message appears helps prevent the deaths. I don’t know why but it seems it forces a disconnect from the server so you actually leave the game. A strange downside of this is that your character’s map knowledge disappears. So yea, I can still level up, but it makes certain runs (Andy or Baal) more difficult.
Cannot stay in game for more than 2 mins without being DCd, annoying!

I keep getting kicked off & have to relog on to my computer.
Starting to wonder if I wasted my money.
I do enjoy the game as long as I don’t get booted.
