Conexion problems D2 Switch

For several months I have had connection problems with Diablo 2 resurrected on the Switch, since I get a Position in queue message (2h), it is a few seconds, it gives an error and it does not connect. To be noted, I have a paid Nintendo subscription, and a good connection, I have also tried several connections just in case, the fact is that I cannot connect to Battle net and load my characters (if it is possible to play offline). Please, I would like a solution since I have been unable to play for months and on top of that I am paying the online subscription. I hope help please
