Devs would be justified on the principle of equal treatment, to fix the outstanding issue that exists for the Paladin, namely the Concentration synergy bug that increases damage for Blessed Hammers at 50% efficiency.
Concentration buffing hammers makes no sense, its an exception to established rules and with the previous Cold Mastery nerfs or Shockwave nerfs, the devs agree consistency of mechanics is important.
