The release has been more than a month ago now and there are still major issues with this game. Up to a point that I can barely play the game, because of insane queuing times (I don’t have that much time on my hand)
Now the worst thing is, that in my opinion I’ve payed a LOT of money for a remake. Compared to other premium remake titles out there it’s more than double of the amount they were asking.
If this game was half the price, I would not even consider making this post, but with this premium amount they’re charging us, I expect paramount service. And these long queues are simply not that!!!
@Blizzard: Please consider compensation, either ingame and/or by (future) discounts/(partly) refunds.

What exactly are they going to compensate people with? I don’t think they can do anything to provide anything in game. Maybe refunds, but that is a stretch.
@OP You can ask for compensation , telling the Costumer Service about your problem.
Doing this here , looks more like a ‘‘attention seeking request’’ while rating at home.
Doing that won’t get anywhere. CS can’t provide compensation. Maybe a refund if they asked for it.
I requested a refund last month and it was denied “Too much game content was consumed” I’ll I can really do now is not purchase anymore Blizzard tittles which is sadly a punishment to myself as well.
I request an Enigma and an Infinity! Well, if I’ll not getting refund anyway and the power of runeworlds will continue OP, so, there’s no way! LOL
