Act 4 has 3 areas they could add another 4 or 5 areas and put in 3 new quests.
If they do I just hope one of the rewards to the quest won’t sux maybe one upgrade to a item or set.
Introduce new monsters too.

Plains of despair and city of the damned should be 85 too.

They don’t like 85 near waypoints for whatever reasons.

I think it’d be cool if defeating Baal in hell mode opened a portal to a new act 4 area (with a waypoint) that would be sort of like a “depths of hell” sort of thing just to add another neat area to kill demons and farm and stuff. The main feature of this place should be that it’s a high level area with high exp yields but wouldn’t necessarily be the go-to for item drops. They could even add a hidden act 4 quest that shows up when you unlock it… The rewards for which I’m unsure of atm, but nothing too crazy
